India has a large diversity of cultures and with that comes the regional variations in food. Each region of the country has its own style, its own way of cooking and the flavor it fashions is beyond portrayal. The north is branded for its tandoori and korma dishes, the south for hot spicy steamed food. The east is identified for hot curries and the central region is the blend of all.
