Lessons I learned from Game of Thrones

As the 8th season of Game of Thrones released , my heart skipped a beat and I knew it was time to re-watch Game of Thrones all over again. For those of you who haven’t watched GOT , once you get over the blood shed and the barbaric intimacy you can breeze through the series.

This show taught me that sometimes it is not about right or wrong, it is about finding ways to means as cruel as it sounds. The women in the series were diverse from a meek Sansa Stark to Cersei who is very manipulative and always gets what she wants.

The show is relatable as people around you in real life also may be that manipulative and shrewd , I admit it is a gloried Mythology with too many characters and plots interwoven beautifully to tell a story which is the most awaited series this year. It is also a tale of hardwork , politics , trying to protect your people and better their living.

Some of the characters like Daenerys Targaryen who have to fight against forces stronger than her and beyond reason . She also has to face casual sexism and the constant distrust by her peers and Kings and their hands. She has to constantly prove her worth again and again and is not taken seriously due to her age.

There is Lord Petyr Baelish who is is a cent percent businessman and would do anything for money and power. He is the spineless character and his loyalties nowhere and he always has upperhand in arguements with tricks up his sleeve.

The winter is coming and this time there will be many wars among Whitewalkers , The Wildlings, The Lannisters, The Starks and The Baratheons.Who wins , who loses ? Who get to rule the seven kingdoms is what Game of Thrones season 8 is all about.
