According to me, the best way to remove the stress from body to play any sports like cricket, football, badminton etc. In during my exams, if one of my paper is not so good then i fell my body in stress. So, to remove that stress i use to play my favourite game, Cricket. I enjoy cricket and my all stress are removed. Second option is listening sweet songs to remove the stress.

Personally, some good music of your choice and deep breathing exercise. Stress is a part of day to day life and easiest way to deal it with the things you like to do a most. It can be going to a party or reading a novel or swimming or playing a video game. 

But the most important is talk about your day to someone you’re close with. Share your day, your stress you’ll feel relax even by talking.

For someone who is still finding more and more ways to deal with stress, personally, I think, dancing and working out is the best way to deal with it. The scientific reason for why dance has the ability to act as a stress reliever stems from the idea that when the body feels good, the mind does too. Any type of physical activity releases the neurotransmitter, endorphins, which serve to alleviate stress

To remove stress, the most important thing we need to do is to stop overthinking. Stress happens when we think about that particular topic or event.

The next thing that needs to be done is being optimistic. Stress is usually caused when we think something negative about the event, for example you study hard for test yet you feel you will not get good marks. This builds up stress. So if you have worked hard, be confident.

Just put your head down, stop all the work you’re doing and think about the good things in you life.

If this doesn’t work, have ice-cream or completely distract yourself by watching a movie or a show. If you have some hobbies, you can do that or just bake. It’s a natural stress buster plus you would end up food, which itself would cure everything 😛

The best way deal with stress is to have a power nap to restart your mind and further to think for the situation after the you got the solution for the problem. There’s one good thing about bad time is that it will also pass.Taking things positively helps in handelling things more efficiently and avoiding depression.
