We have seen many members have more questions then Answers. Make sure the number of questions must not exceed your number of Answers. We will delete such profile which are having huge gaps in number of questions and Answers.

  • Try Intermittent Fasting.

  • Eat Less Refined Carbs.

Here are a few:

1. Exercise a lot.

2. Use the stairs… replace automated work with physical work as much as possible.

3. Before morning workouts, drink a glass of warm water with honey and pinch of cinnamon/ a few drops of lemon.

4. Avoid sugars and carbs in large quantities.

5. Replace half your carbs with protein rich food!

Exercise and stop eating junk


Exercise and eat well.


Do not eat food with high carbohydrates and fat content like, potato, rice , sweet etc .  Do not cut your food, just workout more .


Intermittent fasting (IF) is currently one of the world’s most popular health and fitness trends.

People are using it to lose weight, improve their health and simplify their lifestyles.

Many studies show that it can have powerful effects on your body and brain and may even help you live longer

In IF you have to divide your day into 8:16 ratio.. that means 8hrs of eating thats it.. and rest 16 hrs you can not eat anything.. in thise 8 hrs also you have to be on calorie deficit diet.. this will boost you metabolism and ultimately resuce you weight..


The best way to lose weight would be by natural methods.

Start with basic things instead of taking a complicated part in the very first go. Start with 10-15mins exercise everyday and then keep increasing the time once you are comfortable with it.

Then there are lot of YouTube channels on how to exercise and how to do simple zumba… Just give a try. You will start loving it since there are zumba videos on lot of familiar and famous songs ,that will keep us motivated to do more.

In case if you are a foodie and it’s impossible to control your diet. Start Drinking lot of water and then make detox water and drink it along with the exercise.
