Depend upon your goal.

You can’t build muscles by walking xd !!

Early walk is a good option to relax and meditate.

Walking is more healthier for people who have diseases like diabetes and other problems.

Depends on the type of body goal that you set for yourself. Gym helps you in gaining muscles and maintain the overall shape and well-being of your body. It requires a lot of hard-work but getting a membership in a well-off gym would provide you with the comfort of  an AC while working out(not that it is a serious factor to consider but is actually a huge bonus during such scorching summers). Walking on the other hand helps you in keeping your body and mind healthy while also helping in avoiding the risk of serious diseases. So, if you are in perfect shape and are not looking to sweat it out and feel tired at the end of the day, walking is for you.

I prefer gym, because I myself is a Gym freak so I rather like lifting weights and believe in aesthetic.

Walking is the best one for relaxation in morning time and even better for reducing weight. It also the healthiest exercise.

It is actually a basic question.At first, you have to know that what is your goal?Is it of making muscles,being a body builder or you just want to stay healthy or just want loose some kilos of body fat.If your choice is second one the WALKING is the best option.It also helps to relax and freshen you up.But if you want to make body muscles then walking can’t help you that much.You have to go for GYM.

Walk.Gym reduces substantially weight but once you stop doing exercise you will gain weight again.
