  • Put on some music: Listening to music as you get ready and start your day will create positive energy and a soothing sense of peace, thereby reducing stress and anxiety.
  • Have a healthy breakfast with a balanced diet: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. A nutritious breakfast will not only give you strength but will also reduce the risk for cravings and overeating later in the day.
  • Meditate: The benefits are meditation are very well known. Meditation is very important for your stable mental health, so it is one of the best ways to start your day with.

Healthy habits means a healthy lifestyle and to achieve a healthy lifestyle there are few habits we all need to develop. 

1. Starting of your day by detoxifying your body. For detoxification you can use various detox drinks available at organic stores or you can make one at your home.

2. Work minimum 30 minutes on your body everyday. You can either do yoga or go to gym or just go out for a walk/jog. Try to include atleast 10 minutes of meditation in this schedule. It helps a lot to calm your mind and think clearly.

3. Eat healthy. Try taking all the necessary nutrients you need. Eat green vegetables, fruits, dry fruits. Avoid excessive oily and spicy food.

4. Take minimum 7 to 8 hours of sleep. Give your body the rest it needs. Don’t exhaust yourself.

5. Drink water. Yes, water is very essential. It helps your skin, your metabolism, your digestion and what not. Say hydrated.

  • Do exercise, yoga, zumba, walk or any fitness programme. A crucial step for a healthy mind and body is to indulge in some exercise every morning. You can kick start your day with even 10 minute exercise or a leisurely stroll in a park. This helps to control stress and keep you energetic throughout the day.
