I like to do yoga and various prayanams. They help a great deal to stretch our body and flatten our stomach. Surya Namaskar is an all body workout and it just takes 5 minutes to perform this exercise. Yoga aids in weight loss, relaxes our mind, freshens our mood, strengthens our core and muscles, controls stress and anxiety.
