High intensive interval training is the most efficient technique to burn fat.It is a high intensity workout performed at equal interval of time.In this you reduce the intensity of the workout for a couple of minutes to cool down and then a high intensity workout is performed for a short span of time

This cycle continues and is known as an circuit.The other workouts can be Deadlifts and weighted squats which are compound movement exercise as all muscles of our body are involved while performing these two workouts.

Following a high protein diet and regular strength training can immensely help in reducing the fat content. Do lot of abdominal crunches and also the medicinal ball slam , it can be tiring but very effective for weight loss . Try doing aerobic exercises or even zumba , these two also help in cutting down the fat content .


You can also cycle between exercises like burpees, push-ups or squats with a short rest period in between. Summary HIIT can help increase fat burning and burn more calories in a shorter amount of time than other forms of exercise.
