When I’m bored and I feel I’m alone ,it wont make me to be always happy when I hear music it make me feels good and peace while hearing.. so it’s good to listen to music ,always make u feel better and happy.songs are related to our thought and it also make us to join some points which already happend in our life ,when keep on listening through it ,it really good to know and hear each time.

It has direct effect on out hormones. Many a times music is considered a natural antidepressant as it releases serotonin and dopamine in the brain, which in turn make us feel giddy and happy.

Thus, I love listening to music on a regular basis, it helps me ‘escape reality’ for a little while.
