In this fast pacing world, no one has the time to do their breakfast and have them. So, the following five Quick recipes can help you to do your breakfast as you can make them at night and can store them in refrigerator and can microwave them and just grab it before going to school.
- Chocolate PB Banana Smoothie:
Ingredients: Banana, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, Honey, Peanut butter.
First, take a scoop of yogurt and put it in the blender, then cut the bananas and store them in freezer for an hour and add them in the blender. Now add one table spoon of cocoa powder, with some honey and peanut butter into the blender. As, peanut is the healthy ingredient to have them in breakfast. Finally, blend them and store them in the Mason jar. That’s It!!
- Berry Smoothie:
Ingredients: Orange, Strawberries, Greek yogurt, Blue berries, Honey.
First, Cut some oranges and strawberries and add them in the blender. Add, couple of scoops of Greek yogurt, and add some honey to sweeten up. Finally, add some blueberries and orange juice as a base, blend it. Now, you can store them in the Mason jar and have your healthy breakfast.
- Yogurt Parfait:
Ingredients: Strawberries, Greek yogurt, Kind Granola
First, cut the strawberries into thin slices. Now, have the Greek yogurt and stir them smoothly, make sure no lumps are formed and scoop them in a cup which is going to be the first layer of the parfait. Now, you can sprinkle some granola on top of the first layer, which has very natural ingredients and place some thin slices of strawberries above that. Repeat with the layer and fill the cup with yogurt, kind granola and strawberries. Finally, cut the strawberries into really tiny pieces and place them on the top. That’s It !!
- Egg-Vocado Toast:
Ingredients: Eggs, Tomatoes, Avocado, Toast
Start off by cooking your eggs sunny-side up, cut some tomatoes into tiny pieces. And cut the avocado and scoop them and cut it, you can also mash it if you like. Take two pieces of toast and layer the avocado on top, once the egg was done place the egg on the top of the avocado. Just to have some nutrients, add some baby tomatoes on the side. Finally, you can add some salt and pepper on the top. This is one of the delicious breakfast you can have.
- Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal :
Ingredients: Oatmeal, Chia seeds, Vanilla extract, Honey, Banana, Peanut Butter.
Take an half a cup of oatmeal and pour it in the bowl, also pour a cup of water. Add a tea spoon of chia seeds and a teaspoon of vanilla extract and drizzle some honey. Stir all together in a really good mixture. Put it in the microwave oven and set the time for about 2 minutes. Put some Bananas and peanut butter on the top after taking it out. That’s It !!
