Often referred to as ‘city of lakes’ and the most romantic city. It lies in southern region of Rajasthan, India, with a total population of 4.51 lakhs. The best time to visit Udaipur is from October to March, when temperatures are swiftly mild and dry. In April, the hot Indian summer starts and temperatures can rise upto 40 degrees, while from July to September the rainy season could make your stay troublesome.
